mmmm eel :) No seriously - I'm dutch and it's common in Holland to partake in smoked eel so growing up it was a treat if we got it in Canada. And now, when I go for sushi with the goddaughter, we delight in gorging ourselves on Unagi (bbq'd eel). Your pics make me hungry :) Kidding....love them - keep'em coming.
